An overview of our screen printing machines
The advantage of a screen printing machine over manual printing is, above all, the possibility of making a large number of prints with high precision and repeatability in a short time.
In manual printing, the paint is applied to the material with a squeegee by hand through the screen, which takes a lot of time and physical effort. Also, it can be difficult to get an even coat of ink, which can result in uneven or blotchy prints.
In a Screen printing machine the color is automatically applied to the material through the screen, resulting in even color application and higher accuracy. In addition, a higher production speed is achieved than with manual printing.

The printing and lifting speeds are electronically adjustable. The squeegee path, pressure squeegee angle and flood squeegee angle are manually adjustable.
The machine can also be used as an integration machine in systems. This allows for automated feeding and removal of parts within customer-specific systems. The start signal can be provided through a corresponding connection terminal.
The time required for manual loading and unloading must be taken into account. This can be assumed to be approx. 5s.
*Note: The number of pieces is based on the pure maximum number of cycles with the shortest vertical axis travel: screen lift is 0 mm; use of two pressure squeegees; 1st print cycle from right to left, then the next component, 2nd print cycle from left to right. The component is fed and removed only with the gap of the screen jump.
