An overview of our pad printing machines
Our machines are low-maintenance electro-pneumatic printing machines for pad printing on uneven surfaces such as toys, writing implements, electronic housings and many other objects. The machines are equipped with a closed inking system, which means that less ink is used compared to traditional open inking systems. Color changes are faster and the working environment is freer from solvents contained in printing inks.
Our pad printing machines are fully autonomous printing systems that are not only suitable for small series and samples, but also for higher production volumes.
MODEL EAZY 90
This model is available as a one-color or two-color version with a closed color dispenser system.

MODEL KP-05
This model is available as a one-color or two-color version with a closed color dispenser system. It can optionally be equipped with a turntable for easier loading and unloading of the parts to be printed, as well as a pad cleaning device or a device for hot air drying of the ink during the printing phase.

The material to be printed on these machines can be set up using an additionally supplied swiveling, adjustable XYZR cross support. The machine is started and stopped using a hand or foot switch. Pneumatic throttles enable infinitely variable speed control. A tool kit is also included in the scope of delivery.
A machine stand is optionally available for all machines.
* The stated pressure performance depends on the user and can be correspondingly lower.
