We are your reliable partner for screen clothing and screen stencils and offer you a wide range of services that are specially tailored to your requirements.
Screen stencils for screen printing are produced by coating a screen material with a light-sensitive layer. A negative film of the image to be printed is then placed on the screen material and this is cured under UV light. Then the uncured material is washed out and the stencil is ready for screen printing.
Our possibilities
With our state-of-the-art screen tensioning devices, we can produce screen covers made of polyester, nylon and steel mesh in sizes of up to 130 cm x 400 cm.
For the creation of photo templates, we use computer-controlled copying systems to produce them with the highest precision.
Our polyester fabrics are available in white or yellow and have a thread count of 21 to 180 threads/cm. We can also offer you stainless steel mesh in gauges from 31 to 154 threads/cm, as well as nylon mesh.
