Currently we offer a demo model of an electro-pneumatic screen printing machine (year of manufacture 2022/23) for flat printing with safety light curtain and electronic program storage.

The printing process takes place via a screen frame, a pre-squeegee and a printing squeegee in two phases:
In the first phase, the screen is flooded via a doctor blade by a linear movement. In the second phase, the contact phase, the doctor blade makes contact with the printed piece to be printed and thus transfers the print image. The vertical movements of the printing and flooding squeegee are carried out by pneumatically driven air cylinders.
